Mechanical Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, quality, and safety standards while supporting production, maintenance, and project execution activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, analyze, and develop mechanical components, systems, and machinery
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and specifications using CAD software
• Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
• Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintenance records
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical requirements
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E / B.Tech / Diploma)
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, HVAC, machinery, or industrial equipment
• Basic understanding of quality control and safety standards
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience0–5 years of experience (Freshers may apply)
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, HVAC, or plant operations is an advantage
• Preferred AttributesAbility to work on-site and handle field responsibilities
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
