Job Summary:

Oaks Overseas Educational Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Overseas Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting and applying to international universities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, have in-depth knowledge of global educational systems, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in assisting students in making informed decisions about their higher education abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized counselling sessions to students and their families regarding overseas education opportunities.
• Assist students in identifying and applying to international universities and colleges that match their educational and career aspirations.
• Guide students through the application process, including form submission, documentation, and visa applications.
• Stay updated on international university admissions requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Coordinate seminars and webinars to inform prospective students about the benefits and challenges of studying abroad.
• Offer guidance on standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.
• Follow up with students regularly to ensure timely application submissions and smooth admission procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions and applications.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a student counsellor, preferably in the field of overseas education.
• Strong knowledge of various international education systems, admission processes, and visa procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple student cases and ensure timely processing of applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
