Personal Banker-Outbound-Branch Banking-Relationship Management

As a Personal Banker-Outbound, you will play a crucial role in our Branch Banking team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales, identifying and targeting potential customers, and offering them tailored financial solutions. You will be the face of our bank, representing our brand and values, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on outbound sales and relationship management.
  • Identify potential customers through research and lead generation activities.
  • Contact and engage with potential clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Present and explain our bank's products and services, tailoring them to each client's requirements.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell our banking services, ensuring a comprehensive financial plan for each client.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Attend and participate in client events, seminars, and workshops to promote our bank's presence.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including savings, investments, and loans.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
