Personal Loan Executive

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Personal Loan Sales Officer to acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers through open market sourcing, branch walk-ins, and corporate leads. The role offers a fixed salary with performance-linked incentives and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source leads via open market, branch network & corporate desks
• Engage with customers, explain loan features, and assist in documentation
• Ensure compliance and timely processing of loan applications
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless disbursal

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in personal loan/retail banking sales
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills
• NTB sourcing experience preferred
