Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
  • Promote and sell residential or commercial properties to prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Conduct property viewings and site visits
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully
  • Maintain relationships with clients before and after sales
  • Keep up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
