Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Promote and sell residential or commercial properties to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully
- Maintain relationships with clients before and after sales

- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams
