Essential job duties:

• Identify and invite esteemed researchers and academics to participate in the conference.
• Sending personalized invitation letters to selected researchers and scientists. Highlight the relevance of their work to the conference, the value of their participation, and the opportunity to present their research to the global audience.
• Collecting databases of relevant researchers from PubMed, ScienceDirect, and other reputable academic publishers.
• Promote the conference on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook by posting detailed updates about the event. Connect with professionals and academic groups to increase awareness and drive registrations.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Basic Computer Applications: Including MS Office, MS Word, and Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Customer-service skills: Individuals need to understand the needs of their customers and act professionally in a variety of situations.
