Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete restaurant operations (Front of House & coordination with Back of House)
- Ensure guest satisfaction, service excellence & complaint handling
- Monitor sales performance, daily cash flow & billing accuracy
- Plan and execute events, promotions & upselling strategies
- Maintain staff discipline, training, scheduling & performance
- Ensure hygiene, safety, SOPs & compliance with FSSAI/Excise rules
- Manage inventory, ordering & cost control
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar & management for smooth operations
- Maintain KOT/BOT flow, table management & peak-hour efficiency
