Job Description: Sales Executive (Retail Operations)We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to lead our retail expansion efforts. As the face of our bottled water brand, you will be responsible for growing our footprint from the ground up—identifying new retail partners, ensuring they are accurately mapped in our system, and driving consistent sales volume to meet our ambitious growth targets.

  • Key Responsibilities Retailer Onboarding: Identify and pitch to new retail outlets (Kirana stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and HORECA) to carry our bottled water products.
  • Location Tagging & Mapping: Use our mobile tracking tools to "geo-tag" every retail point. You will ensure that every shop location is accurately captured for logistics and distribution efficiency.
  • Daily Order Management: Visit your assigned territory daily to check stock levels and secure fresh orders. You are responsible for the end-to-end sales process at the store level.
  • Target Achievement: Own a monthly sales target of 5,000 cases. You will develop a strategic beat plan to ensure high-frequency visits and maximum volume.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term rapport with store owners to ensure our brand gets premium shelf space and visibility (POSM placement).
  • Market Intelligence: Provide daily reports on competitor pricing, new product launches, and general market trends within your territory.
  • Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the beverage or food industry.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps for order booking and GPS-based location tagging.
  • Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the local geography and retail landscape of the assigned territory.
  • Physical Stamina: This is a "boots on the ground" role requiring significant daily travel to retail points.
  • Must-Haves: A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle (two-wheeler) for daily field visits.
