Sales Executive

Job Overview

Mangal Realty is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to handle client interactions, property site visits, and sales closures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential clients through calls and site visits

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Conduct property site visits and provide complete project information

• Handle client queries and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking formalities

• Maintain records of leads, site visits, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales (preferred)

• Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset

Additional Requirements

• Own two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory

• Valid driving license

• Willingness to travel locally for site visits
