Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities
• Promote and sell company products/services to customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features & benefits
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proven experience in sales or customer handling
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Willingness to travel if required
• Preferred SkillsExperience in retail / FMCG / telecom / electronics sales
• Local market knowledge
