Drive loan sales (Gold Loan / LAP / Housing Loans/ Fixed deposits) as per company targets
Manage and lead a team of sales executives / field officers
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies
Monitor loan disbursement, collections, and portfolio quality
Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
