Job Description

Role Objective

​To drive revenue growth by managing the full sales lifecycle—from initial lead capture and nurturing to the final closing of individual, bulk, and corporate contracts. You will be the primary point of contact for diverse customer segments, ensuring that every lead is maximized for its highest potential value.

​Core Responsibilities

​1. Multi-Channel Sales Execution

​B2C Sales: Convert individual online inquiries into immediate sales through high-energy communication and product expertise.

​B2B & Bulk Deals: Identify and engage with wholesalers, retailers, and small businesses for high-volume orders and recurring revenue streams.

​Enterprise Sales: Navigate the long-form sales cycle for large corporations, involving multiple stakeholders, customized proposals, and contract negotiations.

​2. Lead Management & Follow-ups

​Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule for all inbound leads via CRM, email, and phone calls.

​Discuss lead quality with the marketing team to refine targeting and "hook" strategies.

​Resurrect "cold" leads through strategic re-engagement campaigns.

​3. Closing & Contract Management

​Expertly handle objections regarding pricing, logistics, and technical specifications.

​Finalize "Bulk Deal" terms, including discounts, shipping timelines, and payment structures.

​Ensure all closing documentation (Sales Orders, Invoices, Service Agreements) is completed accurately
