Job Title:Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B / Channel Sales)

Job Description:Om Glass N Ply Industries Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing channel partners, and expanding our B2B customer base.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate new business through B2B sales, channel sales, and distributor management
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market visits and field sales activities within assigned territory
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (B2B / Channel / Distributor Sales preferred)
• Experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Professional Services industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be comfortable with field sales
• Basic English communication skills required
• Knowledge of local market in Visakhapatnam is preferred
• Language Requirement:Telugu (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
• Education:Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate

• Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
