 Job Title: Sales Manager

Industry: Beverage / Consumer Beverage Goods (CBG)

Location: Visakhapatnam

Operational Areas: Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam & East Godavari

 

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth for Packaged Drinking Water across North Coastal Andhra Pradesh. The role involves expanding the dealer network, strengthening institutional sales, and developing strong distribution channels to increase market penetration and brand presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network across the assigned territories.

·        Drive institutional sales by onboarding key accounts such as hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, hospitals, educational institutions, and retail chains.

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for packaged drinking water products.

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and institutional clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

·        Ensure proper supply chain coordination and stock availability in the assigned markets.

·        Lead and support field sales teams to ensure consistent market coverage and performance. Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities to boost sales.

 

Candidate Profile

·        Experience in the beverage industry preferred.

·        Candidates with prior experience in companies such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Kinley, Tata Consumer Products, or other beverage brands will have an added advantage.

·        Strong understanding of distribution management and institutional sales.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple territories and deliver results in a competitive market.

 

Experience

·        4–8 years of experience in sales within the beverage or FMCG sector.
