Job Description
Post : Sales Officer
- Generate new Gold Loan leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities
- Promote Gold Loan schemes and explain interest rates, tenure, repayment options, and benefits
- Meet daily customer visit targets and achieve monthly business goals
- Collect and verify KYC documents as per bank norms
- Coordinate with branch staff for gold valuation and loan processing
- Ensure timely loan disbursement and maintain strong customer relationships
- Cross-sell other banking products where applicable
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status regularly
Candidate Profile :
🎓 Any Graduate
💼 Minimum 6 months of Any Loan Sales experience (Gold Loan preferred)
📊 Strong field sales and convincing skills
🗣️ Good communication & customer handling ability
🎯 Target-oriented mindset
