Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a stable and committed Senior Accounts Manager who values long-term growth and consistency over frequent job changes.

• Key Responsibilities:Rental Accounting & Lease ManagementManage accurate accounting of lease income and rental schedules
• Track agreements, escalations, deposits, and renewals
• Coordinate monthly rental invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Handle TDS on rentals and ensure correct certificate issuance
• Compliance & TaxationTimely filing of GST (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS, and support in income tax compliance
• Monitor regulatory changes relevant to leasing and ensure full compliance
• Support consultants in statutory filings, audits, and responses to tax authorities
• MIS & Financial ReportingPrepare monthly MIS, revenue reports, and account summaries
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial closures and audit documentation
• Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits
• Systems & ControlsMaintain and monitor accounts through Tally/SAP or similar ERP
• Reconcile collections, monitor ledgers, and ensure timely invoicing
• Establish effective internal controls and support process automation initiatives
• Desired Skills & Profile:Strong grasp of lease accounting, GST on rentals, and TDS provisions
• Sound working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting
• Strong organizational discipline with attention to detail
• Preference for candidates with real estate, warehousing, or leasing industry experience
