Senior Graphic Designer

Creative Leadership & Execution:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative visual designs for a wide range of projects, including branding, digital media (web, social, email), print materials, presentations, and environmental graphics.
• Develop and maintain the visual identity and brand guidelines for Vaye Design Lab and its clients, ensuring consistency and high quality across all touchpoints.
• Translate complex marketing objectives and creative briefs into compelling, effective, and unique visual solutions.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product development, and external client teams throughout the design process.
• Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the overall skill development and creative culture of the team.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.

Innovation & Growth:

• Actively research and incorporate new design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep Vaye Design Lab at the forefront of the industry.
• Champion an always-learning mindset, seeking out opportunities for professional development and continuous improvement.
• Proactively propose new and unconventional design strategies to solve client challenges.
