Senior Interior Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Architect & Interior Designer with 2–5 years of professional experience in residential or commercial interior projects. The candidate should be strong in design development, client coordination, and site handling.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Design & Planning

Create design concepts, floor plans, working drawings, and 3D views.

 Prepare material boards, mood boards, and BOQs.

 Ensure designs meet client requirements, project timelines, and budget constraints.

 Conduct site visits for measurements and feasibility assessments.

Client Interaction

 Understand client needs and translate them into design concepts.

 Present design ideas, revisions, and alternatives effectively.

 Maintain healthy communication with clients throughout the project cycle.

Project Execution & Coordination

Coordinate with site engineers, carpenters, contractors, and vendors.

 Ensure designs are executed accurately at site as per drawings.

 Monitor quality standards and resolve design issues on-site.

 Follow up on project progress to ensure timely completion.

Material & Vendor Management

 Assist in material selection, hardware specifications, and product finalization.

 Coordinate with suppliers for samples, pricing, and quotations.

Team Collaboration

 Work with senior designers and project managers to finalize design outputs.

 Support drafting and documentation work as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

 2–5 years of experience in interior design or architectural projects.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office.

 Strong design sense, detailing knowledge, and understanding of materials.

 Good communication and presentation skills.

 Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under timelines.

Salary Range

Based on experience + project incentives.
