Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Sales Executive - Retail to manage and grow our dealer and distributor network across Andhra Pradesh. This role involves extensive travel, relationship management, and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer & Distributor Management:
- Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers and distributors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent sales performance.
- Resolve partner issues and ensure timely support and service.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Plan and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Conduct product training and promotional activities for channel partners.
- Training the new Sales Executives.
- Market Development:
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Gather and analyze competitor and market trends to stay ahead in the market.
- Recommend pricing and promotional strategies based on local dynamics.
- Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal sales, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
- Report regularly to regional and national sales heads with updates and insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Candidate base location has to be “Visakhapatnam”
- Good English Communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in sales and channel management
- Prior 6 Months of experience in dealership networking of construction related material like Doors, Plywood, Laminates, Veneers, Adhesives, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Cement, Steel, Electricals, Paints etc.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh.
- Proficiency in local languages (Telugu and Hindi) is highly desirable
