JOB DESCRIPTION: -

• Resolve customer complaints and breakdowns within SLA
• Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components as per warranty terms.
• Obtain complaint closure report from customer.
• Submit detailed warranty reports.
• Timely status update and reporting to manager.
• To look the AMC .

Qualifications and Skills:-

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fire control panels or similar electronic control systems.
• Strong planning and tracking capabilities using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel across India as per project requirements.
