Installation and Setup • Install color sorting machines: Install & Commissioning machines at customer sites. • Calibrate machines: Adjust settings to ensure accurate sorting based on color and other parameters. • Conduct trial runs: Perform test runs to ensure proper operation before handing over to the customer. Maintenance and Troubleshooting • Routine maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. • Diagnose issues: Identify and troubleshoot problems when machines malfunction. • Repair and replace parts: Fix or replace defective components to restore functionality. • Software updates: Install updates and patches to machine software as needed. Customer Support and Training • Provide technical support: Offer on-site or remote support to customers experiencing issues with their machines. • Train users: Instruct customers on how to operate and maintain their machines. • Document procedures: Create and maintain documentation for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
