Raecon Spaces Pvt Ltd is a technology-forward architecture and construction company based in Visakhapatnam , Hyderabad . We handle the full suite of design and construction services, with a long-term vision of integrating AI, automation, and smart building technologies into the AEC industry. We are looking for a Site Engineer who wants to grow with the company from the ground up.

What You Will Do is a hands-on role. You will be the daily presence on site, responsible for ensuring that what gets built matches what was designed. Specifically:

•       Be present on site daily during active construction hours.

•       Verify that construction work matches approved architectural and structural drawings. Check dimensions, levels, setbacks, rebar placement, and concrete grades against the drawings and bar bending schedule.

•       Maintain a daily site diary: work completed, materials received, manpower count, weather conditions, any issues or deviations.

•       Take structured daily site photographs (5–10 photos minimum) at designated checkpoints. These photos feed into Raecon’s digital project monitoring system.

•       Receive and verify materials on site: check quantities against delivery challans and BOQ, verify steel mill test certificates, reject substandard materials.

•       Supervise concrete work: ensure correct mix proportions, slump test before every pour, cast cube samples for testing, verify curing is maintained for minimum 7 days.

•       Coordinate with the structural consultant during foundation and RCC work. Ensure rebar placement is inspected and approved before any concrete pour.

•       Coordinate with MEP contractors for rough-in work — ensure conduits and pipes are in place before plastering.

•       Maintain quality checklists for each construction stage (pre-pour, post-pour, masonry, waterproofing, etc.).

•       Assist in quantity measurement for running account bills and contractor payments.

•       Ensure basic site safety: PPE usage by workers, barricading of open excavations, safe material stacking.

We are looking for someone early in their career who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You don’t need to know everything — but you need to be honest about what you don’t know and willing to learn fast.

•       Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.

•       1–3 years of site experience on at least one RCC framed building project. Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and internship experience will also be considered.

•       Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural drawings, and bar bending schedules.

•       Basic understanding of concrete technology: mix design, slump test, cube casting and testing, curing methods.

•       Comfortable using a smartphone for daily photo documentation, filling digital checklists, and basic communication via WhatsApp and email.

•       Working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus but not mandatory.

•       Proficiency in Telugu and/or Hindi for site communication; English for documentation.

•       Must be based in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam

This is not a typical site engineer role where you take instructions and go home. Raecon is building something different — a technology-integrated construction practice. You will:
