Location: Inorbit Mall, Vizag
Position: Venue Manager
Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month
Role OverviewThe Venue Manager will handle complete venue operations, team management, revenue generation, and customer experience, ensuring smooth functioning of the play center.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee day-to-day venue operations
- Ensure safety, hygiene & SOP compliance
- Maintain play equipment and facility standards
Team Management
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Manage rosters, attendance & performance
- Conduct daily briefings
Sales & Business Development
- Drive birthday party & event bookings
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Plan promotions with mall marketing team
Customer Experience
- Handle escalations & feedback
- Ensure high service standards
- Build parent & guest relationships
Cash & Inventory
- Billing supervision & cash reconciliation
- Stock monitoring & reporting
- RequirementsGraduate preferred
