1. Supervision:
Supervise staff working on the floor.
Assign duties and ensure employees complete their tasks properly.
Maintain discipline and productivity among staff.

Ensure daily floor operations run smoothly.
Check cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the floor.
Coordinate with different departments if any issue occurs.
