Team Leader

Job Title: Team Leader – Solar Installations

Location: Andhra Pradesh (All Locations) [candidate can be from vizianagaram or vishakhapatnam but he has to handle all locations, whereever the company will run its operations or projects]

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage field executives for on-ground solar installation activities

Coordinate with government authorities and other relevant stakeholders for smooth project execution

Oversee installation work across multiple sites in Andhra Pradesh

Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards

Handle day-to-day field operations and resolve on-site challenges

Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in handling on-ground solar installation projects

Experience in managing field teams

Strong coordination and communication skills

Willingness to travel across Andhra Pradesh

Ability to handle government liaisoning is a plus
