Job Description
We are hiring Female Telecallers for our manpower recruitment office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Calling candidates and explaining job opportunities
- Screening candidates as per job requirements
- Scheduling interviews and follow-ups
- Maintaining call records and candidate data
- Coordinating with recruiters and operations team
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only Female candidates are eligible
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any degree
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills (Tamil required; other languages are a plus)
- Basic knowledge of calling and data entry
