Job Description
We are looking for a Tele caller with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to prospective students, explaining our programs, and helping with admissions follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads
Explain about the program
Maintain records of calls and follow-ups
Support the admissions team with student conversions
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in tele calling or customer service
Good communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Friendly, confident, and target-oriented
Salary: 8k to 16k
