As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. Job Summary: The Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach efforts. i.e. Outbound - Voice, Text, Email, Social, WhatsApp communication. Inbound - Voice, Text, Email, Social, WhatsApp Communication Identify and research potential clients, and market segments to generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion. Presales management for businesses, Post Sales Customer Success Procurement of Feedback from customers and Services Quality Audits Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets to management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development relatively in Real-estate or edtech background. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in CRM software.
