Job Description: We are looking for a smart, confident, and polite Tele caller to join our growing team at Siya Jewellery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling customers, sharing offers, handling inquiries, and maintaining good relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Share information about new jewellery collections, offers, and discounts.
• Follow up on leads and update call records regularly.
• Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally.
• Schedule appointments for showroom visits or virtual viewings.
• Collect customer feedback and share with the sales/marketing team.
• Maintain daily call reports and lead sheets.

Required Skills:

1. Good communication and convincing skills
2. Pleasant and confident voice
3. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Gmail)
4. Ability to handle customer queries
5. Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English
6. Positive attitude and team spirit

Qualification:

• 10th / 12th Pass or Any Graduate
