Job Overview

We are seeking an empathetic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the voice of our NGO, contacting potential donors to explain our mission, encourage donations, and foster long-term relationships to support our social causes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospects, supporters, and past donors to solicit donations for ongoing projects.
• Donor Engagement: Explain the NGO's mission, impact, and specific campaigns clearly to potential donors.
• Inbound Query Handling: Respond to calls from interested donors and provide accurate information.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate donor details, call logs, and feedback.
• Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with supporters to ensure continued engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (Hindi/English proficiency often preferred).
• Empathy: Ability to relate to social causes and connect with donors emotionally.
• Persuasion: Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer support (previous NGO fundraising experience is a plus). www.shine.com +5
