Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain loan products, offers, and benefits clearly to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain and update customer records in the system/CRM
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Provide good customer support and service experience
