Telesales Executive

• Handle qualified leads directly from the CRM system and initiate prompt follow-ups.

• Build rapport and trust with prospective clients through effective communication and consultation.

• Clearly explain the product offerings and assist clients in understanding project features and benefits.

• Persuade and convert qualified leads into site visits for further engagement by the Sales Manager.

• Maintain accurate lead status, call logs, and notes in the CRM.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for continuous feedback on lead quality and conversion trends.
