Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executives to promote and sell banking loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Business Loans over the phone. You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan features, and assisting clients through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to offer various bank loan products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions (personal, home, or business loans).

Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly.

Follow up with leads and prospects through calls, SMS, or emails.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and update CRM regularly.

Ensure complete documentation and compliance with bank policies.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Graduate with good communication skills.

Previous experience in loan sales/telesales/financial services is preferred.

Basic knowledge of banking products and financial terms.

Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
