Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Officers to promote and sell Star Health insurance policies over the phone. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining health insurance plans, addressing queries, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

Call prospective customers to promote and sell Star Health insurance products.

Explain plan benefits, coverage details, and premium structures clearly.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in telesales or insurance sales preferred (freshers welcome).

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Goal-driven and self-motivated attitude.
