Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US hiring process, visa classifications, sourcing strategies, and a proven ability to close technical positions within fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions using job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Utilize platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal ATS.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
• Handle W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models effectively.
• Review and verify work authorizations including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent.
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• US IT Recruiter Freshers and Senior Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2/1099/C2C) and visa categories.
• Familiarity with technical skills such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc.
• Experience using major US job boards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
• Ability to close positions quickly and handle multiple requirements.
• Prior experience working with an ATS or CRM.
