Job SummaryThe Warden is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and well-being of patients and residents at the Ability Rehabilitation Center. This role combines administrative oversight, patient care coordination, and facility management to ensure a safe, supportive, and rehabilitative environment for individuals with special needs, spinal injuries, orthopaedic conditions, and older adults.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPatient & Resident ManagementOversee day-to-day care, safety, and well-being of patients and residents.
• Ensure patients’ needs are met in coordination with doctors, therapists, nurses, and caregivers.
• Monitor patient routines, rehabilitation schedules, mobility assistance, and special care requirements.
• Address patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Facility OversightAct as the caretaker of the rehabilitation facility, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and accessibility standards are maintained.
• Supervise residential areas, common spaces, and patient rooms.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and rehabilitation center policies.
• Staff CoordinationSupervise and guide caretakers, attendants, and support staff.
• Ensure staff follow patient care protocols and facility rules.
• Coordinate duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
• Administration & ReportingMaintain records related to patient occupancy, incidents, and daily operations.
• Report concerns, emergencies, or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Support management in implementing policies and improving care standards.
• Safety & Emergency ManagementEnsure emergency procedures are followed during medical or facility-related incidents.
• Monitor security and control access to the facility when required.
