Location: Visnagar, Gujarat (On-site)

Shift: USA Shift (Night Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Technical Coordinator to manage interview scheduling, coordinate with candidates

and experts, and ensure smooth communication across the hiring process. The role also involves resume

preparation, feedback collection, and candidate readiness support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and expert panels
• Collect and consolidate interview feedback from experts
• Coordinate technical sessions, mock interviews, and classes
• Support resume preparation and profile alignment for candidates
• Track candidate progress and maintain updates in HRMS
• Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication across stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in USA night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
• Basic understanding of IT roles and hiring processes
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates/interviews
• Prior experience in coordination/recruitment is a plus
