Shift Timings: US Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our end-to-end coordination process between candidates and technical experts. The ideal candidate must be organized, communicative, and efficient in managing operational workflows within the IT hiring and support domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with candidates and technical experts for day-to-day operations.
• Schedule, align, and manage technical interviews across various IT domains.
• Arrange and collect study materials for technologies like Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Software Development, etc.
• Ensure the entire process—from candidate onboarding to expert assignment—runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets, trackers, and process documents regularly.
• Manage monthly payment cycles with technical experts and ensure timely disbursement.
• Follow up with candidates for updates, interview confirmations, and feedback.
• Identify gaps in the process and suggest improvements for smooth operational flow.
• Communicate professionally in English across email, calls, and messages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (English – written & verbal).
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in IT operations, recruitment operations, or technical coordination is an added advantage.
