About the RoleWe are looking for dynamic and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiters who can actively market and place candidates in the US job market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle end-to-end bench sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) in the US job market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
• Submit candidates to suitable job requirements
• Follow up with vendors for interview feedback and closures
• Negotiate rates and finalize deals
• Maintain daily submission and interview tracking reports
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth process execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of US IT recruitment or bench sales
• Understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
