Telecalling Executive

🔹 About the Role

We are hiring a confident and result-oriented Telecalling Executive for our Transport Business in Waddhamana, Nagpur.

The candidate will be responsible for generating transport inquiries, coordinating with clients, and supporting daily operations through effective calling and follow-ups.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential transport clients
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business
• Generate transport booking inquiries
• Coordinate with truck owners / drivers regarding availability
• Maintain proper call records and data in Excel
• Handle incoming customer queries professionally
• Support dispatch and logistics coordination team
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of transport deals

🔹 Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi & Marathi
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling software)
• Strong follow-up ability
• Confident speaking tone
• Target-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of transport/logistics industry will be an advantage

🔹 Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
• Local candidates from Nagpur preferred
