Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at IGNEOUS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD in Waghodia, Vadodara for a Technician/Engineer. The Technician/Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks.

Detail Job Responsibility

• Installation & Commissioning Installing and setting up new pharmaceutical machines (e.g., Dry bath, ovens, incubators, water bath, Oil bath, Steampot)
• Conducting test runs and ensuring proper integration with existing systems.
• Performing validation procedures such as Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
• Using diagnostic tools and techniques to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Calibration & Validation Ensuring machines meet accuracy and precision standards through routine calibration.
• Assisting in the validation process to comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Keeping records of maintenance and validation activities for audits.
• Technical Support & Training Providing on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer issues.
• Training machine operators, production staff, and maintenance teams on equipment handling, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Preparing user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
• Spare Parts & Inventory Management Identifying and recommending necessary spare parts and consumables.
• Managing service tools, spare parts inventory, and ensuring availability for timely maintenance.
• Compliance & Safety Ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Maintaining documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Continuous Improvement & Upgrades Providing feedback to R&D and production teams to improve machine efficiency and reliability.
• Recommending upgrades, retrofits, and software updates for better performance.
• Salary Scale - 15000 to 25000 per month
• Candidates with ITI, Diploma, BE, or BTech from all streams are eligible to apply.
