Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day HR operations of the Central Contact Center, Parul University. The candidate will play a key role in managing bulk hiring, employee lifecycle activities, and HR coordination in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment.

• Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

• Handle onboarding activities including documentation, joining formalities, and induction coordination.

• Ensure smooth employee integration into the organization. 

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

• Assist in payroll inputs including attendance and leave data. 

• Resolve employee queries related to HR policies and processes. 

• Maintain HR reports. 

• Manage inventory.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting authority.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA or MBA in HR preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience 

• Strong communication and coordination skills 

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 

• Immediate joiners preferred.
