Quality Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• In-process and final inspection of precision machined parts
• Knowledge of CNC & VMC machining processes
• Reading and understanding engineering drawings
• Use of measuring instruments:
• Vernier Caliper
• Micrometer
• Height Gauge
• Bore Gauge
• Surface Plate
• Dial Gauge
• Maintain quality documentation
• Control rejection & rework
• Ensure parts meet customer specification
• Supervise shop floor operations during shift
• Coordinate with production team

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of CNC turning & VMC milling
• Understanding of GD&T preferred
• Experience in precision parts for switchgear / electrical industry preferred
• Ability to manage shift independently
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports)
