Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female Candidate Preferred) 

Location: Head Office 

Experience Required: 1–2 years 

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / B2B (preferred but not mandatory) 

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Head Office  sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer enquiries,  coordinating with field sales personnel, and ensuring smooth communication between internal  departments to facilitate timely order processing and dispatch. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and respond to incoming customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner  • Coordinate closely with field sales personnel to align on customer requirements and order  status  

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and dispatch schedules  • Work with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts, etc.) to ensure timely  processing and delivery of materials  

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, orders, and customer interactions  • Assist in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and sales reports  

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and  communication  

Requirements: 

• 1–2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative / Sales Coordinator or  similar role  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities  

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders  • A proactive approach with strong follow-up skills 

Preferred Candidate Profile: 

• Female candidate preferred  

• Prior experience in handling B2B customers will be an advantage  • Ability to build relationships with both customers and internal teams
