Store Manager

Igneous Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Manager to manage end-to-end store operations, inventory control, and material coordination. The role requires close coordination with procurement, production, accounts, and service teams to ensure smooth material flow, accurate inventory records, and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Production, and Accounts departments for material planning and procurement.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability of critical materials while avoiding overstocking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance as per company procedures.
• Operate and update Tally ERP for daily inventory transactions, inward/outward entries, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure proper documentation related to GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, and stock registers.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and safety practices within the store.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely material movement.
• Support management with inventory reports, consumption analysis, and reorder planning.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or procurement coordination (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP mandatory(inventory and purchase modules).
• Good understanding of purchase processes, stock management, and material handling practices.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience :

• Experience in manufacturing, instrumentation, engineering, or pharmaceutical equipment industries.
• Exposure to ERP-based inventory systems and audit processes.
