Billing Assistant

Job description:

We are currently seeking a Billing Assistant with over 3 years of experience in customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver with a meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office Suite, accounting software, and billing systems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize billing software to create and send invoices to customers.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer invoices, reconciling accounts receivable, and managing payments.
• Generate Excel statements for transactions and maintain advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
• Proactively follow up on payments and create account statements as needed.
• Prepare periodic management information system (MIS) reports.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in computer and data entry.
• Organizational and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
