Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Take requirements of manpower from the clients in advance and plan accordingly.
• Attendance reporting.
• Target achievement range will be monitored.
• Supervising and instructing the labours about documentation and handing over the documents to Back office coordinator.
• Educating site workers about safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Daily Site reporting about the head count and update about the progress to reporting authority.
• Evaluating the work  performance of labours and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Take the reviews about the workers from the respective site in charges.
• Coordination and helping the Bank executive person for opening the bank accounts for the labors who don’t bare the account .
