Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Mechanical Supervisor to manage fabrication and insulation projects at Exlon Vactech Solutions. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, fabrication processes, and both hot and cold insulation works.

Required Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in fabrication industry
• Practical knowledge of industrial site supervision

Technical Knowledge Required

• Fabrication works (cutting, welding, fitting, assembly)
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Knowledge of materials like MS, SS, GI sheets, pipes
• Experience in Hot Insulation Work (Boilers, pipelines, tanks)
• Experience in Cold Insulation Work (Chillers, HVAC pipelines, refrigeration lines)
• Understanding of insulation materials (Rockwool, PUF, Glass Wool, Nitrile Rubber etc.)
• Knowledge of safety standards in industrial projects

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise fabrication and insulation activities at site/workshop
• Allocate work to technicians and workers
• Ensure quality and timely project completion
• Check measurements and material usage
• Maintain safety standards at site
• Coordinate with clients and management
• Prepare daily progress reports
