Sales Executive – Voice Process

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven candidates for a Sales Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain products/services and generate interest
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Maintain records of calls and sales in the system
• Follow up with interested customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional Language)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Experience in tele calling or sales is an added advantage
